Not as soft, not as layered, definitely not as fragrant, but almost as pretty as the real things...my Pink Peony Necklace, the newest addition to my etsy shop.

Perfect Peonies ~ My Latest Inspiration (I Promise!)

At least something is thriving in all this rain...the garden. The peonies are huge and lush and fragrant. I don't usually like to cut them but these were getting so heavy they would have fallen to the ground. My next necklace design will pay homage to these colors and the thickness of the paper soft petals...somehow!
