I have begun adding bits of vintage lace to my necklaces and earrings and I am inspired by the variety of designs and colors it comes in. But what amazes me most about lace is the number of manhours (usually womanhours) spent producing it and the tatters' precision and perseverance. It seems alot of other artisans have the same fascination.
