Country Mouse/City Mouse

I spend my life in two very different worlds, the Upper East Side of Manhattan and a small village in upstate N.Y. Both are integral to my sanity.

When I get fed up with the crowds, noise and bad smells in the city that I love, the country is my escape. When I get bored reading, driving, gardening and "fixing upping," the city renews my energy and passion.

The funny thing is, I don't sleep well in either place...it's either too noisy or too quiet. Go figure!
